WILLOWDALE Candidate : CHUNGSEN (CS) Leung

We are honoured to have Chungsen (CS) Leung as our candidate in the next Federal Election as he brings his strong drive and enthusiasm for Conservative values and practices along with a depth of experience equaled by few.  CS has considerable entrepreneurial experience which includes both national and international corporations operating at the senior management level.   In international business, CS has successfully sold Canadian urban transit technology to Japan, Malaysia and China.  CS was a member of the Government of Canada Trade Mission to South East Asia in 1984 and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Mission to Normalize Trade Relationships with Taiwan in 1987. In 1996-1997, he was the Chair of the Toronto Bid Committee to host the 1997 World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention.

In the realm of the environment, CS is dedicated to conservation and serves on the Corporate Audit Committee for the Conservation Foundation of Greater Toronto. He received an award from the Canadian Home Builders Association for designing and building an energy efficient home exceeding the R-2000 standard.

CS has considerable dedication to Community Service and to just list a few examples:

• Co-Chair in 2003 the Committee Concerned about SARS in Toronto
• Member of the Community Gift Committee for York Central Hospital Foundation, Richmond Hill
